File Submission Guidelines

Dupli offers secure FTP sites for use by our customers. You may also use e-mail to transfer smaller data or graphic files using the below file submission guidelines.

File Submission Criteria

Please submit your files in high quality Adobe® PDF format.

When you send files to Dupli, please include the following information:

  1. Name and version of software you used to create the file
  2. List of names of files you are sending
  3. Reference a quote number job number if you have it
  4. Specify the final document measurements and include crop and bleed marks when saving the file
  5. Specify number of spot colors with PMS ID
